The annual reports are due on May 1st for corporations and limited liability companies (LLCs). The failure to file an annual report by May 1st will result in your company being administratively dissolved and a $400.00 late filing fee. You file these annual reports on the Florida Department of State website at www.sunbiz.org and pay the annual fee. The annual report is merely a form to update or confirm the address and authorized officers, directors, and managers for the companies. The annual fees are $150.00 for a profit corporation; $61.25 for a not for profit corporation; $138.75 for a limited liability company; and $500.00 for a limited partnership or limited liability limited partnership.
