Robert K. Whalen

Attorney Robert Whalen grew up in the Tampa Bay area and is a proud Floridian. He joined Lambert Law Offices, PL as a law clerk and became an Associate Attorney with the firm in 2025. Robert focuses on Business, Tax, Probate, and Wills, Trusts, & Estates. He is committed to providing thoughtful and strategic legal solutions for his clients. Robert’s diverse experience enhances his ability to navigate complex legal matters. In addition to his legal practice, Robert is a member of the American Inn of Court, an organization dedicated to fostering excellence in professionalism, ethics, civility, and legal skills.
